Toasted Baguette Crisps

Very quick and easy to make Toasted Baguette Crisps.  They can be flavoured many different ways or toasted plain with just olive oil! It is the perfect accompaniment to many dips and spreads and can be easily made at home!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette loaf *255g
  • 6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 F.

  2. Slice the baguette loaf into 1/4" thick  slices and spread out on a baking sheet.  Lightly brush the tops with olive oil using a brush, then flip over and brush the bottom sides as well.

  3. Place on the middle rack of the oven for 3-5 minutes until edges are golden brown.  Serve immediately with your favorite dip or spreads or let cool completely and place in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
