Protein packed peanut butter with sweet natural honey, fibre rich flaxseed, sweet shredded coconut, chewy old fashioned oats and chocolate chips. Only 6 ingredients in these easy No bake snacks makes them a super fast alternative to less healthy sweets and tricks your mind into thinking they are cookie dough!
Add all ingredients to bowl and stir with a spoon until well mixed. Cover and chill for 15 minutes to make it easier to roll.
Scoop into approximately 1" balls, roll with hands to smooth. Place in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to be eaten! Or: Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet, freeze for 15 minutes to harden then place all the balls into a freezer safe container sealed for up to a month! (freezing them slightly before placing into a container ensures they won't all freeze together!)
