The most Crispy Salty Baked Potato Chips you've ever had!!! Easy to make, delicious to eat, can be enjoyed plain or paired with my Sour Cream and Chive Dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 Russet Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to Convection 400 degrees F or if you don't have convection just 400 degrees F and adjust cooking time!

  2. Slice potatoes 1/8" thick, for best results use a mandolin to get the slices very thin and all the same thickness!

  3. Rinse the potato slices under cold water and pat dry using a towel or paper towels.

  4. Place potato slices in a bowl with olive oil and toss to coat.

  5. Lay the slices on a parchment lined baking sheet taking care to not overlap or they won't crisp up.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes or approximately 20 if you didn't use a convection oven. Enjoy!
