Just as fall is synonymous with Pumpkin Spice, the Christmas season is with Gingerbread Spice! My Homemade Gingerbread Spice Mix is easy to make and is wonderful to have on hand during the holidays! Use it in coffee, pancakes and waffles, eggnog, muffins and cakes!
I love how a simple smell can trigger the brain and the smell of cloves or this Gingerbread Spice mix can plummet your brain (or at least mine!) straight into the holidays!
I was about to post an amazing Gingerbread Pancake recipe but first thought why not my gingerbread spice recipe first so you can use it throughout the holidays and whip up a batch to have on hand for my next few warm spice recipes!
My recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to have on hand! It would make a wonderful Christmas gift in a tiny mason jar with a cute recipe tag!
You can modify the amounts to taste as well, I love cinnamon and nutmeg! If you prefer more of one than the other just adjust accordingly!

Gingerbread Spice Mix

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 2 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Store in an airtight container.
